I have been a licensed Cosmetologist and Permanent Makeup Artist since 1995. I attended the Academy of Micropigmentation and am an active member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals. I'm a Master Trainer at Norabella Academy as well as the owner of Norabella Salon.

I am fully licensed and insured as well as licenced with the LA County Health Department which ensures I maintain the highest standard of hygiene, sanitation, and sterilization when applying permanent makeup.

I believe in Continuing Education and have attended classes, workshops and trainings around the world. Travelling to Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, Switzerland to attain the highest level of education advancing my knowledge in the latest trends and techniques of the permanent makeup industry.
